Crystal Production Each approx. 1.5"-thick glass shade is sculpted from a single block of crystal that takes up to 25 days to produce; molten glass temperature is precisely controlled during cooling to prevent fractures and cracking.
Glass Forming Glass is hand-formed and lathe-turned at high speed in a multi-day process; cutting speed and temperature are carefully regulated to preserve glass integrity.
Finishing Crystal is finished with wet-stone grinding and hand buffed over several days for a refined surface.
Metal Work Frame and ceiling canopy are hand-forged from solid brass for durability and a premium finish.
