Return Eligibility
Return Window: Within 30 days from the date of delivery
Accepted Conditions: Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of Purchase: Required (order number or invoice)
Accepted Reasons: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items
Return Method: By mail only
Exchanges: Accepted for eligible items
Return Reasons & Responsibility
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a wrong item or your item was damaged during shipping, we will:
Cover the full cost of return shipping
Offer a free replacement or a full refund
2. Customer Preference / Non-Defective Items
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike, incorrect size/color) and is not due to product damage or quality issues, you are responsible for:
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. The default return method is DHL, with a shipping fee of $80 USD.
A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Our support team will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Return the Item:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it back using your preferred tracked service.
Wait for Review:
Once received, your item will be inspected for eligibility.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be issued within 3 to 5 business days, but no later than 5 business days, after receiving and verifying the returned item.
Refunds are made to the original payment method
Depending on your bank or provider, funds may take 7–14 business days to appear
Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Returns requested after the 30-day window
Items not in original condition (used, worn, or missing tags/packaging)
Orders with incorrect shipping details or where the customer failed to accept delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped — no restocking fee will be applied
